I created this to help teens like me who are struggling with Crohn's learn more about this disease and make connections.
What is Crohn's Connect?
A couple of years ago I started connecting with other kids (through Facebook) like me who had Crohn's Disease. I remember how when I was first diagnosed I felt scared and alone. I never want anyone else to feel that way. I started Crohn's Connect as a way to connect to other kids and teens with Crohn's Disease.
